Your product is live, users are coming in — but something isn't clicking. Conversions are low, drop-off is high, and you can't pinpoint why. A UX Audit gives you the answers. We dig into your product's user experience, identify what's not working, and hand you a prioritised plan to fix it.

UX Audit

Something's off. Let's find it.
_overview

What is a UX Audit, and when do you need one?

_PROCESS

Here's how we do it

01 Kickoff & context

We start by understanding your product, your users, and your goals. What metrics are underperforming? Where do you suspect the problems are? We align on what success looks like before we review a single screen.

02 Heuristic evaluation

Our designers walk through your product screen by screen, evaluating it against established usability principles. We look at navigation, hierarchy, consistency, error handling, accessibility, and cognitive load — the things that make or break a user's experience.

03 Data & analytics review

We dig into your analytics — drop-off rates, heatmaps, session recordings, funnel data — to understand what users are actually doing, not just what you think they're doing. Numbers don't lie, and they often reveal problems that aren't visible from the inside.

04 User flow analysis

We map your critical user journeys end-to-end — onboarding, core actions, conversion paths — and identify where friction, confusion, or unnecessary steps are costing you.

05 Findings & recommendations

We compile everything into a prioritised report: what's broken, why it matters, and exactly how to fix it. Every recommendation is ranked by impact and effort, so you know where to start.

_deliverables

What you'll get

01
UX Audit report

A comprehensive document covering every issue we found — categorised by severity, with screenshots, explanations, and context. No fluff, no filler.

02
Prioritised recommendations

A ranked list of fixes ordered by impact and implementation effort. You'll know what to tackle first and what can wait — so your design and dev time goes where it matters most.

03
User flow maps

Visual maps of your key user journeys, annotated with friction points, drop-off risks, and improvement opportunities.

04
Analytics insights

A breakdown of what your data is telling you — where users struggle, where they leave, and which screens are underperforming. If you don't have analytics set up properly, we'll flag that too.

05
Competitive benchmarking

A comparison of your product's UX against key competitors. You'll see where you're behind, where you're ahead, and where the opportunities are.

06
Action plan

A clear, step-by-step plan your design and development team can execute immediately. No ambiguity, no "it depends" — just what to do, how to do it, and what to expect.

FAQ

How long does a UX Audit take?

Typically 1-2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your product. We work fast because we know you want answers, not a three-month engagement.

Do you need access to our analytics?

Ideally, yes. Access to tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or whatever you use helps us back up our findings with real data. If you don't have analytics set up, we can still run the audit — and we'll recommend what to implement.

Is this just a list of opinions?

No. Every finding is backed by usability principles, user data, or competitive benchmarking. We don't tell you something is wrong because we don't like how it looks — we tell you because it's measurably costing you users or conversions.

What if we already know what the problems are?

Then the audit will either confirm your instincts and give you the evidence to prioritise fixes — or it'll surface issues you hadn't considered. Either way, you'll walk away with more clarity than you started with.

Can you implement the fixes too?

Yes. The audit is designed to hand off seamlessly to our Product Design or Product Development teams. We can fix what we find — or your team can use the report to do it themselves.

How is this different from a redesign?

A redesign is a solution. An audit is the diagnosis. We figure out what's actually wrong before anyone starts redesigning. Sometimes the fix is a small tweak, not a full overhaul — and the audit tells you which one you need.

How much does it cost?

We price UX Audits as a fixed-cost engagement based on the scope of your product. You'll know the cost before we start — no surprises.
