Your product's interface is the first promise you make to your users. We design experiences that feel intuitive, look sharp, and convert — whether you're building from scratch or redesigning something that isn't working.

Product Design

Design that earns trust at first tap.
_overview

What is Product Design, and why does it matter?

_PROCESS

Here's how we do it

01 Discovery & research

We start by understanding your users, your business goals, and your competitors. Who are we designing for? What do they expect? What's already out there? We answer these before we sketch anything.

02 Information architecture & user flows

We map out how your product is structured and how users move through it. Every screen has a purpose, every tap has a destination. No dead ends, no confusion.

03 Wireframing & prototyping

We build low-fidelity wireframes to nail the layout and logic, then turn them into clickable prototypes you can test with real users — before any visual polish.

04 UI design & design system

We design the final interfaces — colours, typography, components, interactions. Everything is built into a reusable design system so your product stays consistent as it grows.

05 Review, test & handoff

We test with users, iterate based on feedback, and deliver development-ready assets with full documentation. Your engineers get specs, not guesswork.

_deliverables

What you'll get

01
User research & personas

A clear picture of who your users are, what they need, and how they behave — based on real research, not assumptions.

02
Information architecture

A map of your product's structure — how screens connect, how content is organised, and how users navigate from A to B.

03
Wireframes

Low-fidelity layouts that define what goes where. You'll see the skeleton of your product before we add a single colour.

04
Clickable prototype

An interactive version of your product that you can tap through and test with real users. Catch usability issues while they're still free to fix.

05
High-fidelity UI designs

Pixel-perfect screens ready for development. Every state, every edge case, every responsive breakpoint — designed and documented.

06
Design system & UI kit

A library of reusable components — buttons, inputs, cards, typography, colours — so your product stays visually consistent as new features are added.

07
Developer handoff package

Complete specs, assets, and documentation your engineers need to build exactly what was designed. No back-and-forth, no interpretation gaps.

FAQ

How long does the design process take?

Typically, 3-6 weeks for a full product design, depending on the number of screens and complexity. We can move faster for MVPs or simpler products.

Do you design for both web and mobile?

Yes. We design for whatever platform your users are on — iOS, Android, web, or all three. Every design is responsive and built for the devices that matter most.

Can you redesign an existing product?

Absolutely. We audit what you have, identify what's not working, and redesign with a clear rationale for every change. You'll know exactly why something moved and what it's expected to improve.

Do we get to give feedback during the process?

At every step. We don't disappear for six weeks and reveal a finished design. You'll see work-in-progress, give input, and help shape the direction throughout.

Will the designs be ready for our developers to build?

That's the whole point. Every design we deliver comes with a full handoff package — specs, assets, component documentation. Your engineers won't need to guess.

What if we don't have a brand identity yet?

We can work with what you have or help you define the basics — colours, typography, visual direction. Enough to design a consistent product without a full branding exercise.
